Health and Safety Coordinator

Your main mission will be to ensure a safe working environment and promote sustainable practices:

• Lead the preventive culture

- Take care of the team

- Synergy and Coordination (CAE): Ensure that all subcontracting companies meet the highest safety standards through digital platforms (Koordinatu).

• Drive Sustainability: Provide key support in Management Systems (Environment and Quality), managing the Waste Management Plan and calculating/updating the corporate Carbon Footprint.

Continuous improvement: Actively participate in the Health and Safety Committee by organizing drills and audits.

Education: Degree or equivalent qualification with a specialty in Occupational Risk Prevention. Knowledge of Management Systems (Quality/Environment) is valued.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in similar responsibilities.

Languages: Intermediate-High English level (ability to manage documentation and suppliers).

Digital skills: Proficiency with management tools (Excel, Office; Koordinatu or ServiceNow is valued).

Soft Skills: You are a proactive person with a drive for achievement, empathy to connect

with the team, and the ability to adapt positively to change.

Stability: Permanent contract from day one in a long-term project.

Tu misión principal será garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro y promover prácticas sostenibles:

• Liderar la cultura preventiva

-Cuidar del equipo

-Sinergia y Coordinación (CAE): Asegurar que todas las empresas subcontratadas cumplen con los máximos estándares de seguridad a través de plataformas digitales (Koordinatu).

• Impulsar la Sostenibilidad: Dar soporte clave en Sistemas de Gestión (Medioambiente y Calidad), controlando el Plan de Gestión de Residuos y calculando/actualizando la Huella de Carbono corporativa.

Mejora continua: Participar activamente en el Comité de Seguridad y Salud organizando simulacros y auditorías.

Formación: Licenciado o titulación equivalente con especialidad en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Valorable conocimientos en Sistemas de Gestión (Calidad/Medio Ambiente).

Experiencia: Al menos 3 años de experiencia asumiendo responsabilidades similares.

Idiomas: Nivel de inglés Intermedio-Alto (capacidad para gestionar documentacióny proveedores).

Competencias digitales: Soltura con herramientas de gestión (Excel, Office,valorable Koordinatu o ServiceNow).

con el equipo y capacidad para adaptarte a los cambios de manera positiva.
