About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Director to lead the comprehensive optimization of the supply chain, establishing an operational model that integrates and improves all phases of the logistics cycle. The selected candidate will take on the strategic challenge of directing, stabilizing, and evolving the company's logistics infrastructure.

What you'll do

Comprehensive management of the logistics cycle: You will optimize all operational phases, from purchasing and stock management to distribution and final delivery, ensuring performance in both the physical channel and the digital environment.

You will lead the implementation and launch of the warehouse management tool across the different work centers.

You will evaluate the current operations against medium-term strategic objectives to design a detailed roadmap.

You will define phases, necessary resources, and KPIs to standardize procedures across all branches.

You will coordinate operations through frequent visits to network points to supervise physical distribution and audit the real performance of work methods.

You will redefine stock movements between warehouses and take on overall management of the vehicle fleet, as well as the maintenance or modifications of facilities.

You will collaborate directly with Management in evaluating and approving budgets, maximizing profitability, and separating improvements by organizational efficiency from those requiring investment.
