Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor as part of the Maintenance Department, your main duties will be:

• Handling the production area regarding mechanical, electrical, and electronic breakdowns.
• Reviewing, understanding, and executing the planned preventive maintenance schedule, as well as major planned mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Performing maintenance, installation of equipment, and resolving issues in PLC programming.
• Collaborating with external maintenance technicians to resolve breakdowns and identify root causes.
• Completing process records, updating the visual management board, and actively participating in the daily workshop meeting.
• Ensuring safety (EHS), food safety, order, and cleanliness under the 5S methodology.

• Advanced vocational training (Higher Degree or equivalent vocational cycle) in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the food sector.
• Valuable specific skills: Food handler certification, forklift operator, overhead crane, aerial work platform, working at heights, confined spaces, boiler operator, and interventions in ATEX environments.
• Basic computer skills in office tools, SCADA systems, ERP, and the company's CMMS.
• Planning and organizational skills, results-oriented mindset, and teamwork ability.

Reportando al Supervisor de taller como parte del departamento de Mantenimiento, tus funciones principales serán:

• Atender al área de producción en materia de averías mecánicas, eléctricas y electrónicas.
• Consultar, entender y ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo previsto, así como grandes mantenimientos mecánicos planificados.
• Realizar el mantenimiento, montaje de instalaciones y resolución de incidencias en programación de autómatas.
• Colaborar con técnicos de mantenimiento externos para la resolución de averías y búsqueda de la causa raíz.
• Cumplimentar los registros de proceso, actualizar el panel de gestión visual y participar proactivamente en la reunión diaria de taller.
• Velar por la seguridad (PRL), seguridad alimentaria, orden y limpieza bajo la metodología 5S.

• Formación de Grado Superior o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (FPII) en Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial o similar.
• Experiencia demostrable de 2 a 5 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente dentro del sector de la alimentación.
• Conocimientos específicos valorables: Manipulador de alimentos, operador de carretilla elevadora, puente grúa, plataforma elevadora, trabajos en altura, espacios confinados, operador de calderas e intervenciones en espacios ATEX.
• Manejo informático a nivel básico de herramientas de ofimática, sistemas SCADA, ERP y GMAO de la compañía.
• Capacidad de planificación, organización, orientación a resultados y trabajo en equipo.
