Electromechanical Technician + Industrial Refrigeration Technician

Execution of corrective and preventive maintenance of industrial cold plants, refrigeration centers, and factory air conditioning.

Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems in the facilities (boilers, connections, production services).

Electrical Control and Diagnosis: Review and resolution of electrical incidents at the industrial plant and automated warehouse level.

Monitoring the proper functioning of machinery through daily parameter reviews and management of alarms from the different facilities.

Shift Management: Prompt attention, on time and in the correct manner, to possible breakdowns or alerts during the shift to guarantee daily startup.

Reporting and updating of work orders, times, and necessary materials in the computer system (GMAO).

Vocational Training of 2nd Degree or Higher Degree in Electricity, Mechatronics, or Maintenance of Installations.

Experience as a Refrigeration Technician: Minimum 2 to 4 years of demonstrable experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial cold systems or high-power air conditioning. Industrial maintenance or complex installations.

Solid practical experience as a refrigeration technician and good knowledge of industrial electrical systems.

Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and availability to perform approximately 12 weekend shifts per year.

Experience or training in food industry hygiene and handling of management tools (GMAO) will be valued.

Direct permanent contract with the company in a project with high financial solidity.

Very attractive salary range between 28,000 and 34,000 gross annual for 2nd Class Skilled Tradesperson / 1st Class Skilled Tradesperson profiles (depending on years of experience and technical value provided).

Ejecución del mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de las plantas de frío industrial, centrales frigoríficas y climatización de la fábrica.

Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de todos los equipos y sistemas de las instalaciones (calderas, acometidas, servicios a producción).

Control Eléctrico y Diagnosis: Revisión y resolución de incidencias a nivel eléctrico industrial en planta y en el almacén automático.

Vigilancia del buen funcionamiento de la maquinaria mediante la revisión diaria de parámetros y gestión de alarmas de las diferentes instalaciones.

Gestión de Guardias: Atención ágil, en tiempo y forma, ante posibles averías o avisos durante el turno de guardia para garantizar el arranque diario.

Reporte y actualización de las órdenes de trabajo, tiempos y materiales necesarios en el sistema informático (GMAO).

Formación Profesional de 2º Grado o Grado Superior en Electricidad, Mecatrónica o Mantenimiento de Instalaciones.

Experiencia Como Frigorista: Mínimo 2 a 4 años de experiencia demostrable en el mantenimiento y reparación de sistemas de frío industrial o climatización de gran potencia. Mantenimiento industrial o instalaciones complejas.

Sólida experiencia práctica como frigorista y buenos conocimientos a nivel eléctrico industrial.

Capacidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche (M-T-N) y disponibilidad para realizar unas 12 guardias de fin de semana al año.

Buscamos perfiles proactivos, con iniciativa, pensamiento analítico, y alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Se valorará experiencia o formación en higiene en la industria alimentaria y manejo de herramientas de gestión (GMAO).

Contrato indefinido directo por la empresa en un proyecto con alta solidez financiera.

Banda salarial muy atractiva que oscila entre 28.000 y 34.000 brutos anuales para perfiles Oficial de 2ª / Oficial de 1ª (según los años de experiencia y valía técnica aportados).

Retribución Extra: Las guardias de fin de semana realizadas se abonan adicionalmente como horas extraordinarias.
