Important multi-site business services company seeks to incorporate a Facility Manager to lead the comprehensive management of its offices and infrastructures.
What you'll do
Infrastructure and General Services Management (Facility Management): Oversee the operations and maintenance of corporate facilities and centers (offices in Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, and Catalonia). Manage corrective and preventive maintenance, supervise contractors, subcontractor maintenance providers, and coordinate on-site technical staff.
