• First-level support for internal clients: desktop applications, microcomputing, and local networks.
• Configuration and setup of all types of computer workstations: PCs, Laptops, Tablets, etc.
• Inventory control and document management related to the HelpDesk function.
• Support, depending on workload and ongoing projects, for the IT Manager in the areas of: installations and technical configurations in technology projects, in the field of security and administration of Microcomputer Systems (basic tasks on VMWARE and AD environments).

• Previous experience of 1-2 years in HelpDesk Micro N1 support areas
• Minimum Vocational Training Intermediate Degree in computer systems

• Soporte primer nivel a cliente interno: aplicaciones de escritorio, microinformática y redes locales.
• Configuración y puesta en marcha de puestos informáticos de toda índole: PCs, Laptops, Tablets, etc.
• Control de inventarios y gestión documental vinculada a función HelpDesk.
• Apoyo, según carga de trabajo y proyectos en curso, al Responsable SSII en los ámbitos: instalaciones y configuraciones técnicas en proyectos tecnológicos, en el ámbito de seguridad y administración de Sistemas Microinformáticos (tareas básicas sobre entornos VMWARE y AD).

• Experiencia previa de entre 1-2 años en ámbitos de soporte HelpDesk Micro N1
• Mínimo Formación Profesional Grado Medio de sistemas informáticos
