At McDonald's, we are looking for dynamic, friendly people with a positive attitude to join us as Customer Experience Team Members. You will be the face of the restaurant in the dining area, helping to make every visit fast, comfortable, and memorable.

Create an excellent experience for our customers, providing warm and personalized service, helping them use our services, and collaborating with the team to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

1. Welcome customers and provide friendly, proactive service.
2. Assist customers during their visit, answering questions and addressing their needs.
3. Guide customers in using the digital kiosks and other restaurant services.
4. Manage queues and keep service flowing smoothly during peak times.
5. Oversee the condition of the dining area, ensuring it is clean and tables are available.
6. Help with decorating and setting up promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
7. Handle incidents or complaints with empathy, always seeking a satisfactory solution.
8. Give special attention to families, children, seniors, and customers who need extra support.
9. Take part in organizing birthday parties, events, and activities for customers.
10. Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a positive, customer-focused work environment.
11. Help uphold McDonald's standards of quality, hygiene, and brand image.
