About the role

Are you a born leader, passionate about logistics optimization and team management? We want you to lead our engine!

At Randstad, we are in the midst of a growth process and are looking to bring on board a strategic, decisive Warehouse Manager with solid experience in managing logistics centers. Your main mission will be to lead and coordinate our operations team, ensuring maximum efficiency in inbound flows, storage, and dispatch of goods. If you are looking for a project where you can contribute your vision, improve processes, and see the direct impact of your work every day, this is the place for you!

What you'll do

Team management and leadership: Coordinate, motivate, and organize the shifts and tasks of warehouse staff (forklift operators, picking workers, receiving), fostering a productive and safe working environment.

Space and stock optimization: Oversee the correct placement of merchandise, control inventory (cycle counts and annual counts), and ensure stock reconciliation to avoid shortages or excess storage.

Logistics flow supervision: Ensure the correct execution of goods receiving, order preparation (picking), and dispatch/truck loading processes within established timeframes.

KPI control and continuous improvement: Monitor key warehouse performance indicators (productivity, picking errors, loading times) and implement improvements to optimize costs and operational efficiency.

WMS management: Oversee the correct use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and resolve daily IT or operational issues.

Safety and Prevention (H&S): Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, the correct use of PPE, and the optimal maintenance of machinery and facilities.

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years leading teams and managing operations in medium/large-volume warehouses or logistics centers.

Mastery of technological tools: Advanced experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERPs (such as SAP, Navision, AS400, etc.), as well as fluent use of Excel.

Leadership skills: Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, delegate tasks, and work under pressure with a focus on results.

Higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar.

Nice to have

Previous experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Logistics, 5S).

Knowledge of quality regulations and inventory audits.

What you'll get

Competitive compensation: Fixed annual gross salary of 28,000 to 30,000.

Job stability: Permanent contract from day one in a solid project in the midst of expansion.

Autonomy and development: Opportunity to lead the logistics department, with room to propose and implement new working methodologies (Lean, 5S, etc.).

Excellent working environment: Integration into a professional, dynamic team with open and direct communication channels with Operations Management.
