Logistics Technician

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an important industrial chemical company located near Girona, which currently needs to incorporate a Logistics Technician into their team on a permanent basis.

·Requesting transport for shipments based on the supplier, delivery area, and availability

·Distributing and calculating the load volume of each shipment

·Coordinating transport with clients and carriers, communicating delivery dates, schedules, and conditions

·Preparing loading sheets, drafting proforma invoices, and the documentation required for export. Reviewing issued delivery notes to verify and record transport costs

·Reviewing delivery dates, managing shipment requests, and updating changes in the system

·Managing held orders and coordinating with the Administration and Commercial departments for their release

·Managing claims related to transport, damaged materials, delivery errors, and other logistics incidents

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience carrying out the described functions or similar ones in an industrial / factory environment

• You have training in logistics, international trade, etc.

• You are a proactive person, with good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously, organized, adaptable to change, oriented toward continuous improvement, and resourceful

• You have proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and French (essential), with English being valued

• You reside in Gironès or La Selva

Reporting to the Department Manager and working in close collaboration with the rest of the team professionals, the selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks:

Des de Paul Marlex, estem col·laborant amb una important empresa del sector químic industrial ubicada a rodalies de Girona, que actualment precisa incorporar de manera estable a la seva organització a un/a Tècnic/a de Logística.

·Sol·licitar el transport per als enviaments en funció del proveïdor, la zona de lliurament i la disponibilitat

·Distribuir i calcular el volum de càrrega de cada enviament

·Coordinar el transport amb clients i transportistes, comunicant dates, horaris i condicions de lliurament

·Preparar els fulls de càrrega, elaborar factures proforma i la documentació requerida per l'exportació. Revisar albarans emesos per verificar-ne i registrar-ne els costos de transport

·Revisar dates de lliurament, gestionar les sol·licituds d'enviament i actualitzar els canvis al sistema

·Gestionar comandes retingudes i coordinar-se amb els departaments d'Administració i Comercial per al seu desbloqueig

·Gestionar reclamacions relacionades amb transports, material malmès, errors de lliurament i altres incidències logístiques

Ets el candidat/da ideal si...

• Aportes una experiència mínima de 3 anys duent a terme les funcions descrites o similars en un entorn industrial / fàbrica

• Disposes de formació en logística, comerç internacional, etc.

• Ets una persona proactiva, amb bones habilitats comunicatives i treballar de manera autònoma, organitzada, adaptable als canvis, orientada a la millora contínua i resolutiva

• Domini del català, el castellà i el francès (imprescindible), anglès valorable

• Residència al Gironès o La Selva
