WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

You will report to the Store Manager and be part of the Management Committee.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the development of your department's results by motivating your team, while meeting commitments regarding price, stock, and purchasing efficiency.

YOU WILL BE A KEY PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your duties will be:

Selecting, developing, motivating, and leading the people in your team, in line with the company's values.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of more than 20 people in companies within the Retail, Trade, and Sales sector.

Driver's license and own vehicle.

Residence in or willingness to work on the island of Gran Canaria.
