Machine Operators Food Industry

Do you have experience as a machine operator in the food industry? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you!

You will be responsible for operating the line equipment assigned to you efficiently to achieve the production

planned within the required time.

Distribute the line operators following the instructions of the shift supervisor or line structure and according to the staffing

plan established by the Production Order.

Monitor and execute the production order provided to you, ensuring a balanced flow of line references

efficiently according to the instructions and priorities set. In the event of any unforeseen issue, act in accordance with the

guidelines previously established by your supervisor.

Carry out your tasks with attention to final product quality.

Perform the controls and inspections established in the quality system, ensuring that packaged products

meet the standards. This includes monitoring and carrying out checks related to CCPs.

You will ensure the proper condition of the equipment you operate to guarantee safety (HSE) and the efficiency of your line, and to do so,

you will report any incidents through the established channels for resolution.

You will issue the necessary maintenance work orders (WOs) in each case (notifications to maintenance).

You will be responsible for the efficient use of raw materials on your line, minimizing waste.

Responsible for executing all established procedures regarding product control, at the frequency and

quality required, and for the corresponding recording in the management system. (SAP... etc.).

Record in the system the incidents on your line and the losses, as well as the running and downtime and the assigned

personnel.

Record in the system (as required depending on the line being managed) the consumption of raw materials

used, accurately allocating quantities and batches to ensure traceability.

A vocational qualification (medium or higher degree) in mechanics is valued.

Knowledge of machinery in an industrial environment: vertical form-fill-seal machines, fryers, roasters, extruders, etc.

Knowledge of industrial processes such as roasting, frying, extrusion, and baking.

Certification in food safety and quality is valued.

At least 2 years of experience in an industrial company in the food sector is required, especially in these fields:

Vertical gravimetric form-fill-seal machines.

Automatic cartoning equipment (e.g., Blueprint)

Experience in industrial processes of roasting, frying, extrusion, and baking.

Será el responsable de operar los equipos de la línea que tiene asignada de forma eficiente para obtener la producción

prevista en el tiempo requerido.

Distribuir a los operarios de la línea siguiendo las indicaciones del capitán o estructura de línea y conforme a la dotación

teórica de la Orden Producción establecida por máquina.

Seguimiento y ejecución de la orden de producción que se le facilita, garantizando un balanceo de referencias de la línea

eficiente según las instrucciones y prioridades marcadas. Ante cualquier imprevisto, actuará de acuerdo con las

directrices establecidas previamente por su responsable.

Desarrollar sus tareas atendiendo a la calidad del producto final.

Realizar los controles e inspecciones establecidos en el sistema de calidad, garantizando que los productos envasados

cumplen con los estándares. Esto incluye vigilancia y realización de controles relacionados con pccs.

Velará por el correcto estado de los equipos que opera para garantizar seguridad (PRL) y eficiencia de su línea, para ello

denunciará por las vías establecidas cualquier incidencia a resolver.

Realizará las OT’s de mantenimiento necesarias en cada caso (avisos a mantenimiento).

Será responsable de un eficiente consumo de materias primas en su línea, minimizando desperdicios.

Responsable de ejecutar todos los procedimientos establecidos en cuanto a control de producto, en la frecuencia y

calidad requerida y su correspondiente registro en el sistema de gestión. (SAP... etc).

Registrar en el sistema las incidencias de su línea y las mermas, así como los tiempos de marcha y paro y las personas

asignadas.

Registrar en el sistema (en el caso que se requiera en función de la línea a manejar), el consumo de las materias primas

utilizadas, imputando de manera fehaciente cantidades y lotes para asegurar la trazabilidad.

Valorable grado medio o superior en la rama de mecánica.

Conocimientos de máquinas entorno industrial: envasadoras, freidoras, hornos de tueste, extrusores, etc.

Conocimientos en procesos industriales de horneado, tueste, extrusionado o fritura.

Valorable certificación en seguridad y calidad alimentaria.

Necesaria experiencia de al menos 2 años en empresa industrial del sector alimentario, especialmente en estos campos:

Envasadoras verticales gravimétricas.

Equipos de encajado automático (Ejemplo: Blueprint)

Experiencia en procesos industriales de tueste, fritura, extrusionado y horneado.
