Hygiene and Disinfection Supervisor

Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe within the Ferrero Group, reporting to the Plant Hygiene & Cleaning Manager, we are looking for a Hygiene and Disinfection Supervisor, whose mission will be to supervise the correct execution of industrial cleaning and sanitation activities, guaranteeing the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency.

Likewise, they must coordinate the personnel managing factory waste in the Green Point area.

This role is key to ensuring food safety, product quality, and production continuity, working in constant coordination with multiple departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, etc.).

Directly impacting the heart of the factory.

Furthermore, this position works collaboratively to achieve Ferrero's goals regarding safety, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and environmental sustainability.

Ensure the correct execution of technical cleaning and sanitation of production lines and areas.

Adapt hygiene activities to the production plan in coordination with RTO and other teams.

Supervise the quality of cleaning and validate its correct execution through controls.

Manage the execution of hygiene schedules for production lines.

Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning.

Manage operational incidents and ensure business continuity.

Participate in audits and improvement processes.

Coordinate the Green Point area and factory waste management.

Ensure proper waste segregation, traceability, and removal.

Manage suppliers and monitor indicators.

Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, cleaning plans, and equipment.

Analyze deviations and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and/or Industrial Hygiene, Food Safety and Quality, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing production processes and team management.
• Ability to work in multifunctional teams, dynamic and proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships with people at all levels of the organization; working with honesty and integrity.
• Proficiency in SAP, 5'S Methodology, Office Suite.
• Ability to plan and coordinate.
• Skill in managing a team of workers.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable experience in hygiene in food industry environments.
• Valuable experience in the ice cream industry or food processing industry.
• Close leadership and ability to generate commitment.
• Strong coordination skills with multiple areas and hierarchical levels.
• Good negotiation, communication, and planning skills.
• Professional with a strong focus on results, managing and monitoring management indicators.
• Profile oriented towards Occupational Health and Safety.
• Availability to work shifts: Night - Afternoon - Morning, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

• 5'S Methodology, Office Suite.
• Desirable proficiency in SAP.
