What you'll do

Job mission:

Ensure the correct operation, availability, and efficiency of production line equipment by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and continuous improvement, minimizing stoppages and ensuring the quality of the production process.

Main responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, ensuring its optimal operation.

2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical faults in production equipment.

3. Respond quickly to incidents to minimize line downtime.

4. Replace and adjust components such as bearings, motors, transmissions, sensors, and control systems.

5. Adjust, calibrate, and fine-tune equipment to ensure product quality.

6. Work closely with production to ensure operational continuity.

7. Detect recurring faults and propose technical improvements to increase equipment reliability.

8. Record maintenance interventions in the management system (CMMS/EAM).

9. Strictly comply with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).

10. Participate in the installation and startup of new equipment or modifications to existing lines.

11. Support other technicians and share knowledge with the team.
