Fitter/welder morning shift - PERMANENT

Do you have experience in the metal sector as a fitter and in welding? If you are looking for the stability of a permanent contract and an intensive morning schedule to have your afternoons free, this is your opportunity!

Fabrication and on-site assembly of metal structures for ventilation systems (grilles).

Safe use and handling of hand and power tools in the workshop and on site.

Electrode welding of the corresponding components and structures.

Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure the correct execution of the assembly autonomously.

AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL (travel incentives)

Demonstrable previous experience in the metal sector as a fitter/welder

Solid knowledge of electrode welding.

Proficient handling of the trade's hand and power tools.

Ability to interpret technical blueprints.

Highly valued: metal site health and safety training, working at heights course, and forklift license.

Permanent contract from day one

Salary: Up to 25,000 euros gross/year (depending on skills) + travel incentives.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Travel conditions: 70% mobility within the Community of Madrid and 30% in the rest of Spain (trips lasting from one week to a week and a half). All expenses covered: per diems, travel, and accommodation paid by the company.

Guaranteed vacation: 1 week of closure at Christmas and 17 vacation days between July and August.

Fabricación y montaje en obra de estructuras metálicas para sistemas de ventilación (rejillas).

Uso y manejo seguro de herramientas manuales y eléctricas en taller y obra.

Soldadura por electrodo de los componentes y estructuras correspondientes.

Lectura e interpretación de planos para asegurar la correcta ejecución del montaje de forma autónoma.

DISPONIBILIDAD PARA VIAJAR (incentivos por viajes)

Experiencia previa demostrable en el sector del metal como montador/soldador

Conocimientos sólidos en soldadura por electrodo.

Manejo fluido de herramientas manuales y eléctricas del oficio.

Capacidad para la interpretación de planos técnicos.

Muy valorable: PRL de obra de metal, curso de trabajos en alturas y carnet de carretilla.

Contrato indefinido desde el primer día

Salario: Hasta 25.000 eur brutos/año (según valía) + incentivos por viajes.

Horario: De lunes a viernes de 7:00h a 15:00h

Condiciones de viaje: Movilidad del 70% en la Comunidad de Madrid y 30% en el resto de España (viajes de 1 semana a semana y media). Todos los gastos cubiertos: dietas, desplazamientos y alojamiento a cargo de la empresa.

Vacaciones garantizadas: 1 semana de cierre en Navidad y 17 días de vacaciones entre julio y agosto.
