Food Processing Operator

We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn a traditional trade from scratch in the Agramunt area. If you are a responsible person with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to acquire new artisanal skills, this is your opportunity!

The selected person will join the team to learn and carry out the following duties, which combine the artisanal production process with direct interaction with the public:

Mastering the technique: Learning and carrying out the production of the product in all its stages, from the selection of the raw material to the final packaging.

Operation and Safety: Handling and operating the specific machinery used in the production process, strictly complying with safety regulations.

Quality Processes: Performing the preparation, mixing and cooking tasks following the company's recipes and quality standards, actively participating in the visual and tactile quality control of the product.

Hygiene and Maintenance: Maintaining constant hygiene and cleanliness of the work area, tools and machinery.

Customer Interaction: Interacting cordially and enthusiastically with visitors and customers at the point of sale and in the tasting areas.

Storytelling and Explanation: Explaining the production process and the history of the trade to groups of visitors in a clear and engaging way.

Advice: Advising customers on the characteristics of the product, the different varieties and its history.

Presentation: Collaborating in maintaining the order and excellent presentation of the shop/visitor space.

Motivation for Learning: Willingness and genuine interest in learning an artisanal trade from the ground up and mastering all stages of the production process.

Social Skills: A great liking for contact with the public and interaction with visitors; it is essential to have ease and willingness to converse and explain processes.

Residence/Mobility: Residence in Agramunt or nearby areas, or willingness to relocate to the work area.

A high level of Catalan and Spanish is essential.

La persona seleccionada se integrará en el equipo para aprender y ejecutar las siguientes funciones, que combinan el proceso de producción artesanal con la interacción directa con el público:

Dominar la técnica: Aprender y ejecutar la elaboración del producto en todas sus fases, desde la selección de la materia prima hasta el empaquetado final.

Operación y Seguridad: Manipular y operar la maquinaria específica utilizada en el proceso productivo, cumpliendo estrictamente con las normas de seguridad.

Procesos de Calidad: Realizar las tareas de preparación, mezcla y cocción siguiendo las recetas y estándares de calidad de la empresa, participando activamente en el control de calidad visual y táctil del producto.

Higiene y Mantenimiento: Mantener la higiene y limpieza constante de la zona de trabajo, las herramientas y la maquinaria.

Interacción con Clientes: Interactuar de manera cordial y entusiasta con los visitantes y clientes en el punto de venta y en las áreas de degustación.

Narración y Explicación: Explicar el proceso de elaboración y la historia del oficio a los grupos de visitantes de forma clara y atractiva.

Asesoramiento: Asesorar a los clientes sobre las características del producto, las diferentes variedades y su historia.

Presentación: Colaborar en el mantenimiento del orden y la excelente presentación de la tienda/espacio de visitas.

No requerimos experiencia previa en el sector, valoramos fundamentalmente la actitud y el compromiso con el aprendizaje y el oficio:

Imprescindible:

Motivación por el Aprendizaje: Ganas e interés genuino por aprender un oficio artesanal desde la base y dominar todas las etapas del proceso de elaboración.

Responsabilidad y Seriedad: Persona responsable, organizada y con compromiso con los estándares de calidad y las normativas de seguridad e higiene.

Habilidades Sociales: Gran gusto por el contacto con el público y la interacción con visitantes; imprescindible tener facilidad y disposición para conversar y explicar procesos.

Residencia/Movilidad: Residencia en Agramunt o alrededores, o disposición para trasladarse a la zona de trabajo.

Imprescindible nivel alto de catalán y castellano.

Conocimiento o interés por la gastronomía y los productos artesanales.

Disponibilidad para incorporarse de forma inmediata.
