What you'll do

As a Maintenance Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the maximum availability, efficiency, and safety of industrial machinery and critical plant facilities. Your main duties will include: Industrial technical maintenance: Carry out electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical inspections and repairs of washing tunnels, centrifugal washers, dryers, and automatic folding installations.

Fluid and boiler maintenance: Supervise steam boilers and water/steam systems crucial for hygiene.

Control of Critical Areas: Preventive maintenance of autoclaves and equipment in the Sterilization / Clean Room area.

Automation management: Diagnose faults in PLCs and control internal automated transport lines.

Sustainability and efficiency: Supervise the plant's water and energy recovery systems.

Safety and hygiene: Strictly apply protocols to prevent cross-contamination between the dirty and clean areas, always complying with PRL regulations.

Requirements

Academic Training: Higher Level Vocational Training (CFGS) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Automation and Robotics, or Thermal and Fluid Installation Maintenance.

Technical Knowledge: Electrical automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, and interpretation of electrical diagrams and schematics. Having a boiler operator's license will be highly valued.
