Metal Worker and Welder (MIG-MAG and CNC)

Join the industrial engine of Valladolid! We are selecting laborers, machine operators, and welders for immediate incorporation into the facilities of an important company in Medina del Campo. The position is designed to adapt to your level of experience, progressively taking on tasks of higher technical qualification. Your main duties will include:

• General support as a laborer in the factory and assistance to first-class skilled tradespeople on the production lines.
• Operation of machine tools for the forming, bending, and handling of sheet metal.
• Plasma cutting operations and operation of Numerical Control (CNC) machinery.
• MIG-MAG welding work for the assembly and finishing of metal structures.
• Reception of continuous training to master metallurgical production processes.

Attitude: Desire to learn, proactivity, and motivation for long-term development.

Knowledge: Previous experience (or Vocational Training Certificate) in MIG-MAG welding, CNC, plasma cutting, or sheet metal machinery will be highly valued.

TPM (Professional Card of the Metal Sector): Highly valuable (and if you don't have it, we will provide it for you).

Flexibility: Availability to work in a rotating shift system and ease of travel to Medina del Campo.

Schedule and Working Day: During the first few weeks, you will have a morning shift from Monday to Friday for your initial training. Subsequently, you will move to a rotating shift system from Monday to Sunday, enjoying two days off per week in rotation.

• Salary (Laborer/Base Operator/Third-Class Welder): According to the collective agreement
• Transport allowance: €0.62 for each day worked.
• Night shift allowance: 20% increase over the base salary (excluding transport) for night work (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
• Overtime: Will be paid with a 75% increase over the value of the ordinary hour (when applicable).
• TPM provided by Randstad: If you do not have the Professional Card of the Metal Sector, we will provide the training free of charge for you to obtain it.

El puesto está diseñado para adaptarse a tu nivel de experiencia, asumiendo progresivamente tareas de mayor cualificación técnica. Tus labores principales incluirán:

• Apoyo general como peón en la fábrica y asistencia a oficiales en las líneas de producción.
• Manejo de máquinas de herramientas para el conformado, plegado y manipulado de chapa.
• Operaciones de corte por plasma y manejo de maquinaria de Control Numérico (CNC).
• Trabajos de soldadura MIG-MAG para el ensamblaje y acabado de estructuras metálicas.
• Recepción de formación continua para dominar los procesos de producción metalúrgica.

Actitud: Ganas de aprender, proactividad y motivación para desarrollarte a largo plazo.

Conocimientos: Se valorará muy positivamente contar con experiencia previa (o formación de Grado Medio) en soldadura MIG-MAG, CNC, corte por plasma o maquinaria de chapa.

TPM (Tarjeta Profesional del Metal): Muy valorable (y si no la tienes, te la facilitamos).

Flexibilidad: Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en sistema de turnos rotativos y facilidad de desplazamiento a Medina del Campo.

Horario y Jornada: Durante las primeras semanas tendrás turno de mañana de lunes a viernes para tu formación inicial. Posteriormente, pasarás a un sistema de turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo, disfrutando de dos días de descanso semanales en rotación.

• Desarrollo garantizado: Plan de carrera real y proyección profesional dentro de la compañía.
• Salario (Categoría Peón/Operario base/ Soldador 3ª ): Según convenio
• Plus de transporte: 0,62€ por cada día trabajado.
• Plus de nocturnidad: Incremento del 20% sobre el salario base (excluyendo transporte) para el trabajo nocturno (de 22:00h a 06:00h).
• Horas extraordinarias: Se abonarán con un incremento del 75% sobre el valor de la hora ordinaria (cuando procedan).
• TPM a cargo de Randstad: Si no dispones de la Tarjeta Profesional del Metal, nosotros te facilitamos la formación de manera gratuita para obtenerla.
