We are looking for INDUSTRIAL PAINTERS for a leading company, a benchmark in its sector, offering stability and clear career progression in the Donostialdea area.

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for:

• Surface preparation: sanding, masking, and priming.
• Painting of bodies and parts: single-coat/two-coat application and primers.
• Finishing and touch-ups: applying finishes, touch-ups, and repairing defects (filler, fiber).
• Equipment handling: using spray guns, sanders, and other specific painting equipment.

• Intermediate degree in Bodywork, essential.
• Proven experience in Industrial Painting (ideally 3-5 years).
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

• Job Stability: 6-month contract with direct transition to PERMANENT.
• Competitive Salary: Starting salary of approximately 33,000 gross per year (including bonuses).
• Guaranteed Progression: Career plan with automatic salary and grade increases (up to 36,660).

• Rotating shifts in the department. 4-week rotation:

2 weeks on the Morning shift (06:00-14:00).

1 week on the Night shift (22:00-06:00).

1 week on the Afternoon shift (14:00-22:00).

Buscamos PINTORES/AS INDUSTRIALES para una empresa líder, referente en su sector, que ofrece estabilidad y una clara progresión profesional en la zona de Donostialdea.

Como Pintor/a Industrial, te encargarás de:

• Preparación de superficies: lijado, enmascarado e imprimaciones.
• Pintado de carrocería y piezas: aplicación monocapa/bicapa y aparejos.
• Acabados y Retoques: realización de acabados, retoques y reparación de desperfectos (cemento, fibra).
• Manejo de equipos: uso de pistolas de succión, lijadora y otros equipos específicos de pintura.

• Grado Medio en Carrocería, imprescindible.
• Experiencia demostrable en Pintura Industrial (idealmente 3-5 años).
• Actitud positiva y ganas de aprender y progresar en la empresa.

• Estabilidad Laboral: Contrato de 6 meses con paso a INDEFINIDO directo.
• Sueldo Competitivo: Salario de partida de aproximadamente 33.000 brutos anuales.( incluyendo pluses ).
• Progresión Garantizada: Plan de carrera con subidas automáticas de categoría y salario (hasta 36.660).
• Entorno Sólido: Pertenencia a una empresa industrial líder y en crecimiento.
• Turnicidad rotativa y fija en la sección. Rotación de 4 semanas:

2 semanas en turno de Mañana (06:00-14:00).

1 semana en turno de Noche (22:00-06:00 ).

1 semana en turno de Tarde (14:00-22:00).
