Order Picker / afternoon / night / 4th shift

We are selecting dynamic, sharp, and eager-to-work staff for an important supermarket logistics warehouse located in Sant Miquel de Balenyà.

Your main mission will be order preparation (picking) for subsequent distribution to the different stores in the network.

We are looking for committed people, able to work as a team and detail-oriented to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition.

Previous experience performing picking or order preparation tasks, preferably with radiofrequency or voice picking systems.

Experience in the logistics sector, warehouses, or supermarket/food environments.

Residence near the Hostalets de Balenyà area or the Osona region.

Holding a forklift or electric pallet truck license (not mandatory).

Physical endurance for warehouse tasks (handling loads and constant movement).

Quality orientation: attention to product references to avoid picking errors.

Organizational skills and tidiness in the workplace.

Immediate incorporation into a young and active team.

Initial contract through a temporary employment agency with a high probability of moving to the company's permanent staff based on your performance and adaptation (future project).

Job stability in an essential and constantly growing sector.

Estem seleccionant personal dinàmic, espavilat i amb ganes de treballar per a un important magatzem logístic de supermercats situat a Sant Miquel de Balenyà.

La teva missió principal serà la preparació de les comandes (picking) que posteriorment es distribuiran a les diferents botigues de la xarxa.

Busquem persones compromeses, amb capacitat de treballar en equip i orientades al detall per garantir que el producte arribi en perfectes condicions.

Experiència prèvia realitzant tasques de picking o preparació de comandes, preferiblement amb sistemes de radiofreqüència o picking per veu.

Experiència en el sector logístic, magatzems o entorns de supermercat/alimentació.

Residència propera a la zona de Hostalets de Balenyà o la comarca d´Osona.

Disposar del carnet de carretoner/a o transpalet elèctric (no excloent).

Resistència física per a tasques de magatzem (manipulació de càrregues i moviment constant).

Orientació a la qualitat: atenció a les referències dels productes per evitar errors en el picking.

Capacitat d´organització i ordre en el lloc de treball.

Incorporació immediata a un equip jove i actiu.

Contractació inicial per ETT amb alta probabilitat de passar a plantilla de l´empresa segons el teu rendiment i adaptació (projecte de futur).

Estabilitat laboral en un sector essencial i en constant creixement.
