The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a construction company located in Els Hostalets de Balenyà, which is looking to hire an administrative worker for construction to manage the Girona area and part of the Costa:

What you'll do

  • Document management for the construction site (delivery notes, invoices, certifications, contracts, and permits)
  • Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors, and tracking orders and deliveries
  • Cost control, budgets, and updating financial data in the computer system
  • Communication between the technical office, the construction site, and the head office
  • Visiting the different construction sites in the area to provide administrative support according to the needs of each project
