From the Life Sciences division (Pharma & Biotech) at Randstad Professional, we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager for Technology Transfer and Process Development (temporary project) with strategic vision to lead the comprehensive management of technology transfer and process development projects in an industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Interface: Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and leading steering committees and executive reviews.
  • Technical Coordination: Oversee and align the activities of functional experts to ensure that technical execution responds to the overall project objectives.
  • Control and Monitoring: Monitor project performance through KPIs, proactively identify deviations, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare detailed progress reports and high-level presentations for strategic decision-making.

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in project management within the industrial pharmaceutical sector or regulated environments.
  • Advanced English level (C1), with the ability to lead technical and business meetings.
  • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or similar).
  • Expert use of management tools (MS Project, Jira, SAP, or equivalents).
  • Solid knowledge of cost management, data analysis, and strategic planning.
