Deburrers with Disability Certificate

Do you have experience in part finishing? Do you have skill in handling tools?

- Moving parts, loading them onto conveyors, deburring and shaping them (striking them with a mallet)

• Disability Certificate
• Education: ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education).
• Experience: Previous experience in a factory and in the metal sector is valued.

Shifts: Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts

Rotation:

Morning: 6:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. / Night: 10:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. / Afternoon: 2:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. - A 15-minute break is taken during each shift.

• Contract through a Temporary Employment Agency for 1 year (quarterly contracts). After the year with the agency, if both parties agree, a permanent contract is offered. Initial temporary contract for 6 months, with subsequent renewal to an indefinite contract.

Social benefits once the worker is on the permanent staff:

o Life Insurance: from the first day, for 18,000...

o Social Fund: After one year on staff, entitled to up to 1,000 — annually upon presentation of medical and education expense receipts

covered by the program, benefiting the worker, spouse, and children.

-Mover piezas, cargarlas a cintas, rebarbarlas y conformarlas (darles con un mazo)¿

-Verificación de piezas.

-Apoyo a fundidores

• Certificado de discapacidad
• Formación: ESO.
• Experiencia: Se valora experiencia anterior en fábrica y sector metal.

Turnos: Rotativos de mañana, noche y tarde

Rotación:

Mañana: 6.45 a 15.00 horas / Noche: 22.45 a 07.00 horas / Tarde: 14.45 a 23.00 horas- En cada turno se descansa 15 min. durante su jornada.

• Contrato por Agencia de Trabajo Temporal durante 1 año (contratos trimestrales). Tras el año por ETT, si ambas partes están de acuerdo, contrato en plantilla. Contrato inicial Eventual por 6 meses, y siguiente renovación a indefinido.

Beneficios sociales cuando el trabajador está en plantilla:

o Seguro de Vida: desde el primer día por 18.000 ….

o Fondo Social: Cuando lleve un año en plantilla tendrá derecho a un máximo de 1.000 — anuales contra la presentación de facturas médicas y de gastos de educación

contemplados en el programa, de los que sean beneficiarios el trabajador, cónyuge e hijos.
