Route merchandiser (Vigo)

We offer you the chance to manage the presence and image of leading brands in the confectionery and food sector in the main shopping centres in the province.

In your day-to-day role, you will be the person responsible for carrying out the daily route assigned across hypermarkets and large retail outlets in Vigo, Pontevedra and Santiago (visiting centres such as Alcampo, Carrefour and Hipercor), performing the following main tasks:

Restocking and arranging the product on the corresponding shelves and displays according to the brand's criteria.

Managing and maintaining the point of sale, ensuring that the shelf remains stocked, tidy and with the best visual presentation for the consumer.

Controlling rotation and inventory, ensuring the optimal condition of the merchandise on display.

Daily photographic report: taking and sending photographs of the shelf condition (before and after) through the client's mobile application.

Required experience: Previous experience in shelf restocking tasks, with operational knowledge of supermarkets and hypermarkets in the area being highly valued.

Mobility: It is essential to have your own vehicle to travel between the different shopping centres included in the daily route.

Work tools: Have a mobile phone (smartphone) to use the photographic reporting application.

Accreditations: Ability or willingness to be accredited on the access platforms of the assigned large retail outlets.

Key skills: Autonomous, organised profile, committed to the time schedules of each centre and with good attention to detail.

€9.36 per hour

Type of contract: Fixed-term contract for holiday cover (with an expected end date of 02/09/2026).

Working hours: 37 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Saturday on a morning shift within the time slot from 07:30 to 12:40.

Salary: Minimum Interprofessional Wage (SMI) applicable to the contracted working hours.

Travel compensation: Mileage expenses for route travel will be reimbursed through the Captio platform.

En tu día a día, serás la persona responsable de ejecutar la ruta diaria asignada por hipermercados y grandes superficies en Vigo, Pontevedra y Santiago (visitando centros como Alcampo, Carrefour e Hipercor), realizando las siguientes tareas principales:

Reposición y acondicionamiento del producto en los lineales y estanterías correspondientes según los criterios de la marca.

Gestión y mantenimiento del punto de venta, garantizando que el lineal permanezca abastecido, ordenado y con la mejor presentación visual para el consumidor.

Control de rotación e inventario, asegurando el estado óptimo de la mercancía expuesta.

Reporte fotográfico diario: realización y envío de fotografías del estado del lineal (antes y después) a través de la aplicación móvil del cliente.

Experiencia requerida: Experiencia previa en tareas de reposición en lineales, valorándose muy positivamente el conocimiento operativo de supermercados e hipermercados de la zona.

Movilidad: Imprescindible disponer de vehículo propio para efectuar los desplazamientos entre los diferentes centros comerciales incluidos en la ruta diaria.

Herramientas de trabajo: Disponer de teléfono móvil (smartphone) para utilizar la aplicación de reporte fotográfico.

Acreditaciones: Capacidad o predisposición para estar acreditado/a en las plataformas de acceso a las grandes superficies comerciales asignadas.

Competencias clave: Perfil autónomo, organizado, con compromiso hacia los plazos horarios de cada centro y buena atención al detalle.

EUR 9.36 per hour

Tipo de contrato: Contrato de duración determinada por sustitución de vacaciones (con finalización prevista el 02/09/2026).

Jornada y horario: Jornada laboral de 37 horas semanales, distribuida de lunes a sábado en turno matinal dentro de la franja horaria de 07:30 h a 12:40 h.

Retribución salarial: Salario Mínimo Interprofesional (SMI) aplicable a la jornada contratada.

Compensación de desplazamientos: Abono de gastos de kilometraje por los desplazamientos en ruta tramitado mediante la plataforma Captio.
