🧠What will you do as Head of Multimodal AI?

You will lead a line within the Intelligent Systems Area, taking charge of the technology vision, project coordination, team, and client relationships. These will be your main responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the technology strategy for the Multimodal AI line, aligned with market trends and the results of our technology monitoring.
  • Prepare technical and economic proposals for projects with private-sector clients.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key new partners and clients.
  • Draft and coordinate national and European R&D&I project proposals in areas such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or Machine Learning and Optimization.
  • Manage the line's technical team, fostering professional development and collaborative work.
  • Act as Product Owner in the development of proprietary technological assets.
  • Represent Gradiant at events, conferences, and forums within the artificial intelligence ecosystem.
  • Coordinate project execution: planning, resource allocation, and client relations.

🎯What we are looking for

  • Education in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related degrees.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience related to Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience leading technical teams and/or complex projects.
  • Knowledge of the AI sector, especially from an R&D&I perspective.

🔍We will positively value

  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies: Computer Vision, language models, optimization algorithms, neuromorphic AI, etc.
