Head of Multimodal AI

You will lead a strategic line within the Intelligent Systems Area, taking charge of the technological vision, project coordination, team, and client relationships. These will be your main responsibilities:

• Design and implement the technological strategy of the Multimodal AI line, aligned with market trends and the results of our technology watch.
• Prepare technical and economic proposals for projects with private-sector clients.
• Identify and develop relationships with new key partners and clients.
• Draft and coordinate national and European R&D&I project proposals in areas such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or Machine Learning and Optimization.
• Manage the line's technical team, fostering professional development and collaborative work.
• Act as Product Owner in the development of proprietary technological assets.
• Represent Gradiant at events, conferences, and forums within the artificial intelligence ecosystem.
• Coordinate project execution: planning, resource allocation, and client relationships.

• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies: Computer Vision, language models, optimization algorithms, neuromorphic AI, etc.
• Knowledge of ethics and legislation in the field of AI.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), especially in data science or software projects.
• Knowledge of intellectual property management.
• Postgraduate or doctoral education in technology, innovation, or project management.

Liderarás una línea estratégica dentro del Área de Sistemas Inteligentes, encargándote de la visión tecnológica, coordinación de proyectos, equipo y relación con clientes. Estas serán tus principales responsabilidades:

• Diseñar e implementar la estrategia tecnológica de la línea de Multimodal AI, alineada con las tendencias de mercado y los resultados de nuestra vigilancia tecnológica.
• Preparar ofertas técnico-económicas para proyectos con clientes del sector privado.
• Identificar y desarrollar relaciones con nuevos socios y clientes clave.
• Redactar y coordinar propuestas de proyectos I+D+i nacionales y europeos en ámbitos como la Visión Artificial, Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural o Machine Learning y Optimización.
• Gestionar el equipo técnico de la línea, fomentando el desarrollo profesional y el trabajo colaborativo.
• Actuar como Product Owner en el desarrollo de activos tecnológicos propios.
• Representar a Gradiant en eventos, jornadas y foros del ecosistema de inteligencia artificial.
• Coordinar la ejecución de proyectos: planificación, asignación de recursos y relación con los clientes.

• Conocimientos en tecnologías de IA/ML: Visión Artificial, modelos de lenguaje, algoritmia de optimización, IA neuromórfica, etc.
• Conocimientos en materia de ética y legislación en el ámbito de la IA.
• Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban), especialmente en proyectos de data science o software.
• Conocimientos de gestión de la propiedad intelectual.
• Formación de posgrado o doctorado en tecnología, innovación o dirección de proyectos.
