Construction Manager

At Randstad, we are looking for a Construction Manager for the province of Seville.

• Lead and coordinate the construction activities of processing plants and

industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with the project's scope, schedule, cost, quality, and

safety requirements.

• Ensure that construction activities are executed in accordance with the approved engineering,

technical specifications, project procedures, and applicable regulations.

Supervise civil works, structures, mechanical assembly, piping, electrical,

instrumentation, and other disciplines involved in the project.

• Participate in detailed construction planning and monitor the physical progress of the

work, identifying deviations and defining corrective actions when necessary.

• Manage technical and construction issues that arise during the execution of the works,

coordinating with the involved areas to implement appropriate solutions.

• Preferably Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields.
• Valuable certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of quality, environmental, and safety management systems, including the

requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• High level of English

En Randstad estamos buscamos un Responsable de Construcción para la provincia de Sevilla.

• Liderar y coordinar las actividades de construcción de las plantas de procesamiento e

instalaciones industriales, garantizando el cumplimiento del alcance, plazo, coste, calidad y

requisitos de seguridad del proyecto.

• Garantizar que las actividades constructivas se ejecuten de acuerdo con la ingeniería aprobada,

las especificaciones técnicas, los procedimientos del proyecto y la normativa aplicable.

Supervisar las actividades de obra civil, estructuras, montaje mecánico, tuberías, electricidad,

instrumentación y demás disciplinas involucradas en el proyecto.

• Participar en la planificación detallada de obra y realizar el seguimiento del avance físico de los

trabajos, identificando desviaciones y definiendo acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.

• Gestionar las incidencias técnicas y constructivas que surjan durante la ejecución de las obras,

coordinando con las áreas implicadas la implantación de soluciones adecuadas.

• Preferentemente Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Metalúrgica, o afines.
• Valorable Certificaciones: PMP (Project Management Professional) o equivalente.
• Conocimientos sobre sistemas de gestión de calidad, medioambiente y seguridad, incluyendo los

requisitos de las normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.

• Nivel alto de inglés
