About the role

Are you a first-class certified welder with a passion for welding? If you love shaping metal and seeing your creations become major projects, Randstad is looking for you!

What you'll do

  • Reading technical blueprints for the fabrication and assembly of structures.
  • Welding and joining metal components (iron, stainless steel, aluminum) primarily using MIG/MAG and TIG systems, ensuring clean, high-strength finishes.
  • Cutting, bending, and preparing materials prior to the welding process.
  • Occasional assembly and installation of structures, enclosures, facades, windows, and railings, ensuring a perfect fit with glass elements.
  • Maintenance and repair of already installed structures.
  • Visual quality control of finished parts and strict compliance with occupational risk prevention standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years working as a first-class certified welder in metal structure workshops or boiler-making shops.
  • Technical expertise: Real, fluent experience in MIG/MAG and TIG welding, as well as in handling workshop tools (shears, press brakes, pillar drills, angle grinders, etc.).
  • Blueprint reading: Ability to independently interpret fabrication and assembly blueprints.
  • Location and mobility: Residency in El Albi or surrounding areas (Garrigues region / Lleida) and having your own vehicle to commute to the workplace.
