What you'll do

Lead, plan and supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, coordinating a direct technical team of up to 5 people and managing the relationship with subcontractors to ensure maximum availability, safety and operational continuity of the plant.

Main Responsibilities

Team Management and Leadership: Organize and distribute the operational tasks of your shift, assigning personnel according to their skills. Train new hires and evaluate performance during the probationary period.

Supervision and Operational Control: Carry out periodic inspection rounds at the plant to ensure quality and safety standards and the immediate resolution of incidents.

Preventive and Corrective Planning: Execute the maintenance plan, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, and intervene technically in support of the team when necessary.

Resource and Administration Management: Spare parts inventory control, management of minor purchases, recording of work orders and incidents in the computer system/CMMS, and absenteeism control.

Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise and validate the interventions of external suppliers and technical services.

Occupational Safety (H&S): Ensure compliance with prevention regulations, correct use of PPE and application of lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Requirements

Demonstrable training in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Direct experience managing small teams (up to 5 people).

Availability to work rotating shifts.
