About the role

Are you an Agri-Food, Chemical, or Industrial Engineer with a passion for quality, process optimization, and food safety?

What you'll do

Reporting directly to the Director / Quality Manager of the facility, you will take on a key technical role in managing quality standards and process assurance:

  • Product engineering and labeling: Preparation and validation of technical data sheets and labeling of food products in accordance with current legislation and customer specifications.
  • Quality system management (IFS / HACCP): Direct support in updating, auditing, and implementing the IFS standard, as well as monitoring HACCP plans, Food Defense, and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
  • Process control and traceability: Development and supervision of daily quality control records to ensure regulatory compliance at all stages of the production process.
  • Supplier and external audit management: Qualitative control of suppliers, resolution of non-conformities/complaints, and technical coordination with quality departments of partner and service companies.
  • Continuous improvement: Active participation in cross-functional projects for process optimization and internal audits.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agri-Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or an equivalent technical qualification.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control/assurance roles within industrial food processing plants.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in the IFS standard (BRC and ISO 22000 highly valued) and the HACCP methodology.

Solid knowledge of labeling regulations and food legislation.

Proficiency in quality management tools and process recording systems (ERP, QMS systems).
