OHS Manager

• Implement, maintain, and update the Prevention Plan and safety procedures at all work centers.
• Ensure compliance with PRL regulations (Law 31/1995 and related regulations).
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the External Prevention Service (SPA).

Documentation and management systems

• Organize, update, and improve preventive documentation management (risk assessments, emergency plans, PPE, etc.).
• Control contractor documentation, machinery maintenance, and work equipment.
• Ensure traceability and recording of all preventive documentation in internal systems.

Control and monitoring

• Conduct regular visits to the centers to identify improvements, propose corrective actions, and verify compliance.
• Conduct investigations of incidents and accidents, cause analysis, and definition of corrective measures.
• Follow up on the corrective action and sanction plan, both internal and external.
• Coordinate reviews and regulatory verifications of equipment and installations.

Training and preventive culture:

• Coordinate mandatory and specific training for staff in PRL matters.
• Promote a preventive culture by encouraging good practices and safe habits.

We are looking for a PRL Manager for a food company with 13 work centers in the province of Lleida, to lead the implementation of the prevention system and supervise coordination with the External Prevention Service. They will be the reference person for health and safety, with technical autonomy and the capacity to standardize and improve processes in a growing environment.

• Technical training in PRL: Master's degree in PRL or Senior Technician (ideally with all 3 specialties).
• Experience with External Prevention Services (SPA) and in-house PRL departments in industrial, food, or multi-site environments will be valued.
• Experience coordinating with SPA from the company side.
• Solid knowledge of PRL regulations and ability to manage documentation and prevention systems.
• Experience investigating accidents, causal analysis, and follow-up of preventive measures.
• Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel within the province of Lleida.
• Self-sufficient, methodical profile, with attention to detail and the ability to standardize processes.
