Logistics Technician

• Planning of shipments and returns.
• Monitoring of the truck fleet.
• Document management for shipments and exports (issuing delivery notes and bills of lading).
• Handling customer inquiries regarding deliveries/collections and direct contact.
• Control of delivery/return delivery notes and recording of associated costs.
• Management, contracting and negotiation of subcontractor transport rates.

-Review and validation of transport invoices; claiming for incorrectly billed services.

• Control and management of truck inspections, tachographs, driver permits and maintenance.

• Accredited higher education qualification (Grado Superior) in Transport and Logistics, International Trade or similar.
• Proficiency in IT tools and logistics management systems.
• Problem-solving skills, customer orientation and teamwork.
• The following will be valued: Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the logistics department.
• Knowledge of ADR regulations.

• Salary: 24,000
• - €26,000
• gross/annual (to be assessed in the second stage of the interview).
• Contract: First 3 months through a temporary employment agency + subsequent permanent contract with the company.
• Full-time, on-site working day from Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00).

• Planificación de las expediciones y devoluciones.

• Gestión documental de expediciones y exportaciones (emisión de albaranes y cartas de porte).
• Gestión de consultas de clientes referentes a entregas/recogidas y contacto directo.
• Control de albaranes de entrega/devolución y registro de costes asociados.
• Gestión, contratación y negociación de tarifas de transporte subcontratado.

-Revisión y validación de facturas de transporte; reclamación de servicios mal facturados.

• Control y gestión de inspecciones de camiones, tacógrafos, permisos de conductores y mantenimiento.

• Formación homologada de Grado Superior en Transporte y Logística, Comercio Internacional o similar.
• Manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión logística.
• Capacidad de resolución de problemas, orientación al cliente y trabajo en equipo.
• Se valorará:Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en el departamento de logística.
• Conocimientos de la normativa ADR.

• Salario: 24.000
• - 26.000
• brutos/anuales (a valorar en segunda fase de entrevista).
• Contrato: Primeros 3 meses por ETT + posterior contrato indefinido por empresa.
• Jornada completa presencial de lunes a viernes (09:00 a 18:00h).
