Our client, a prominent organization in the automotive sector located in Igualada, Barcelona, is looking to add an Industrial Maintenance Specialist to its team to cover a long-term leave.

What you'll do

In the day-to-day, the Industrial Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing essential tasks for the correct functioning of the plant. Responsibilities include,

Carrying out preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities, ensuring they are in perfect working order.

Performing corrective interventions in case of failures or breakdowns, with the aim of minimizing downtime.

Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to electromechanical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems.

Collaborating in the installation and commissioning of new industrial equipment.

Supervising and guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality regulations in all interventions performed.

Proposing improvements in maintenance processes to optimize efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Documenting the activities performed and generating technical reports according to company guidelines.
