At Marlex People, we collaborate with an industrial company located in the Anoia area that is currently looking to hire a Shift Supervisor.

What you'll do

You will be part of the production team, taking on operational responsibility for the shift in the finishing area, acting as a key liaison between the team and the area manager.

Your role will be to ensure the correct execution of the production shift, managing team organization, planning compliance, and process efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment.

Operational coordination of the production shift in the finishing area (rotating morning and afternoon shifts).
Direct management of teams of approximately 30-40 people per shift.
Daily organization and assignment of staff according to production planning.
Attendance control, time recording, and support in administrative staff management.
Monitoring of production, quality, and shift efficiency KPIs.
Resolution of operational incidents on the shop floor, ensuring production continuity.
Coordination with the area manager to ensure production planning compliance.
Supervision of the proper functioning of the shift in terms of order, pace, and priorities.
Ensuring smooth communication between the operational team and middle management.
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives in the finishing area.
