About the role

What you'll do

  1. You will ensure the proper functioning of the portfolio of facilities assigned to your area, such as elevators, escalators, etc., carrying out preventive maintenance activities and/or necessary repairs, in accordance with the maintenance plan, procedures, and technical assistance policies.
  2. You will keep the client informed about the status of the installations.
  3. You will ensure that the equipment complies with current legal regulations, minimizing the impact on the client and the environment.
  4. You will ensure the durability and proper operation of the tools and equipment under your responsibility.
  5. You will guarantee compliance with internal Health and Safety, and Environmental policies.

  • Specialist Technician in Electrical — Electronic Maintenance

  • Professional certificate in "Installation and maintenance of elevators and other fixed lifting and transport equipment" (IMAQ0110)
  • Professional certificate in "Development of projects for handling, lifting, and transport installations" (IMAQ0210)

Previous experience as an elevator technician will be positively valued.
