About the role

What you'll do

Your main duties will be:

- Operational management. Directing assembly/disassembly tasks, interpreting blueprints, and organizing workspaces and storage areas.

- Team leadership. Coordinating and motivating the work team, assigning tasks, and resolving daily issues. Initially, you will work on assembly and disassembly as one more worker.

- Health and Safety. Acting as a Preventive Resource, supervising compliance with safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.

- Quality Control. Supervising the operation of machinery, vehicles, and materials, ensuring established deadlines are met.

- Liaison. Acting as a link between Management/Site Supervisor and workers or subcontractors.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

- Interpreting blueprints and implementation reports.

- Knowledge of electrical panels, audiovisual controls, and basic image and sound knowledge.

- Knowledge of materials and machinery required for the exhibition.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, prevention of Occupational Risks, and acting as a Preventive Resource.
