What you'll do

In your day-to-day role as a Specialist Technical Assistance Service (SAT) Technician, you will take on the following responsibilities:

Management and technical support: You will support the Technical Manager in planning, monitoring, and preparing service interventions.

Diagnosis and assistance: You will carry out complex technical diagnoses and provide direct support to clients, team technicians, and subcontractors, both on-site and in the workshop.

Highly complex interventions: You will perform start-ups and critical technical assistance on refrigeration systems and water chillers.

Control and documentation: You will review and validate the technical documentation of interventions, as well as collaborate on creating protocols, tutorials, and optimizing the Global Technical Service.

Supervision and remote control: You will provide support in monitoring incidents through remote control systems, also identifying spare parts needs for each action.

Mandatory certifications: RITE Certificate and Fluorinated Gases handling license.

Availability to travel when required (Domestic).

Desirable:

Proven leadership skills, with prior experience in managing, organizing, and planning staff (coordinating a direct team of 4 people).

Excellent communication skills and proactive resolution of incidents.

Proficiency in computer tools: Microsoft Office 365 and integrated management systems (ERP).
