Helpdesk Technician with Disability Certificate

Do you have experience as a Helpdesk technician? Do you have a disability certificate of 33% or higher? This is your opportunity.

Help resolve technical issues, questions, and problems in a timely manner. Equipment preparation (computers, printers...). Troubleshoot networks and other computer systems. Identify system errors and other issues. Install or repair software to resolve problems.

Salary: 23,000€ gross annual

Full-time

Flexible schedule. Monday to Thursday, entry from 8 to 10 a.m. and exit from 5:30 p.m. Friday morning schedule.

Permanent contract.

Disability certificate of 33% or higher

Intermediate vocational training (specialized in systems) or more than 2 years of experience in a similar position.

High level of Spanish, intermediate English, and Catalan and Portuguese valued.

Required programs: linux, bash scripting, office, Microsoft Server.

Resourceful, proactive person who works well in a team.

Jornada completa

Horario Flexible. De lunes a jueves entrada de 8 a 10h y salida a partir del las 17.30h. Viernes horario de mañana.

Contrato indefinido.

Certificado discapacidad del 33% o superior

FP Media (especializado en sistemas) o experiencia de mas de 2 años en posición similar.

Nivel alto de castellano, inglés medio y valorable catalán y portugués.

Programas necesarios: linux, bash scripting, office, Microsoft Server.

Persona resolutiva, proactiva y trabajo en equipo.
