To continue driving this growth, we want to bring on board a Rent a Car Agent for our office located at Lanzarote airport, whose main mission will be to provide excellent customer service, managing vehicle pick-ups and returns in accordance with the operational procedures and quality standards established by the company.

What we're looking for

  • A dynamic, resourceful, customer-oriented person with commercial skills.
  • With previous customer service experience of at least one year and a good level of English.
  • With a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a willingness to keep growing with us.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service. Experience in rent a car is a plus.
  • Minimum English level B2. A second foreign language is a plus.
  • Driving license B.
  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday with 2 days off, according to rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
