What you'll do

  • Design, deploy, and evolve the platform's cloud and edge components, primarily using AWS IoT Core, AWS IoT Greengrass, and AWS IoT SiteWise.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Terraform and continuous integration and delivery pipelines in Azure DevOps.

  • Integrate devices, gateways, and industrial systems using MQTT, OPC UA, APIs, and other protocols suitable for IT/OT environments.

  • Define and implement identity, certificate, connectivity, segmentation, and observability controls in collaboration with cybersecurity, networks, and cloud teams.

What we're looking for

Experience level: +4 years 

Requirements: English B2 or higher + Bachelor's degree or higher 

  • A degree in Engineering in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.

  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English level (B2+ or C1), both spoken and written.

  • Solid experience in designing, implementing, or operating solutions on AWS, with practical knowledge of AWS IoT Core and AWS IoT Greengrass or equivalent technologies.

  • Experience with Terraform, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of publish/subscribe architectures, MQTT, and secure connectivity using TLS and X.509 certificates.

  • Knowledge of Linux, containers, and scripting or programming, preferably Python.

  • Ability to design and diagnose complex technical solutions in a cross-functional manner, coordinating with architecture, operations, security, networks, and business teams.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to industrial facilities when service or project needs require it.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of CloudWatch, AWS IoT SiteWise, industrial asset modeling, and Unified Namespace (UNS).
