• Supervise the operation of control systems, networks, and communications, ensuring their continuous availability.
• Coordinate technical maintenance and operational support to ensure 24/7 service.
• Lead the integration of new facilities into the control center, meeting technical and safety standards.
• Define and implement cybersecurity measures in OT environments.
• Monitor infrastructure and manage incidents, driving continuous improvements in systems.

• You bring between 3 and 5 years of experience in OT systems, networks, and cybersecurity in industrial environments.
• You have knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN), security (firewalls, VPN, IAM), and Cisco, Fortinet, or similar environments.
• You are proficient in Linux/Windows systems and traffic monitoring and analysis tools.
• You work well coordinating suppliers and managing technical projects with autonomy.
• You have an English level of B2 or higher (C1 desirable) and a results-oriented approach.

You will join the Low Carbon Generation Management, in a critical environment for the operation of generation assets, both conventional and renewable.

The mission of the position is to ensure the availability, security, and evolution of OT and control systems, ensuring the proper 24/7 operation of control centers and generation plants. This role is key to business continuity and the protection of critical infrastructure.

You will work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, IT/OT teams, and external suppliers, leading technical and cybersecurity initiatives. Among the main challenges are the integration of new facilities, the evolution of technological architectures, and risk management in industrial environments.

The position offers a development opportunity in critical infrastructure, industrial networks, and OT cybersecurity, with high exposure to strategic projects and advanced technologies.

• Manejas sistemas Linux/Windows y herramientas de monitorización y análisis de tráfico.
• Te desenvuelves bien coordinando proveedores y gestionando proyectos técnicos con autonomía.
• Cuentas con nivel de inglés B2 o superior (deseable C1) y orientación a resultados.

Te incorporarás a la Dirección de Generación Baja en Carbono, en un entorno crítico para la operación de los activos de generación, tanto convencionales como renovables.

La misión de la posición consiste en garantizar la disponibilidad, seguridad y evolución de los sistemas OT y de control, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento 24/7 de los centros de control y de las plantas de generación. Este rol es clave para la continuidad del negocio y la protección de infraestructuras críticas.

Trabajarás de forma transversal con equipos de operación, mantenimiento, IT/OT y proveedores externos, liderando iniciativas técnicas y de ciberseguridad. Entre los principales retos destacan la integración de nuevas instalaciones, la evolución de arquitecturas tecnológicas y la gestión de riesgos en entornos industriales.
