Requirements

What we're looking for

You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in OT systems, networks and cybersecurity in industrial environments.
You have knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN), security (firewalls, VPN, IAM) and Cisco, Fortinet or similar environments.
You are proficient in Linux/Windows systems and traffic monitoring and analysis tools.
You work well coordinating suppliers and managing technical projects with autonomy.
You have a B2 or higher English level (C1 desirable) and a results-oriented mindset.

The role

What you'll do

Supervise the operation of control systems, networks and communications, ensuring their continuous availability.
Coordinate technical maintenance and operational support to ensure 24/7 service.
Lead the integration of new facilities into the control center, complying with technical and security standards.
Define and implement cybersecurity measures in OT environments.
Monitor infrastructures and manage incidents, driving continuous improvements in systems.

You will join the Low Carbon Generation Division, in a critical environment for the operation of generation assets, both conventional and renewable.

The mission of the position is to guarantee the availability, security and evolution of OT and control systems, ensuring the correct 24/7 operation of control centers and generation plants. This role is key to business continuity and the protection of critical infrastructures.

You will work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, IT/OT teams and external suppliers, leading technical and cybersecurity initiatives. Among the main challenges are the integration of new facilities, the evolution of technological architectures and risk management in industrial environments.
