What you'll do

  • Prepare and implement supply schemes and systems, optimizing Repsol's logistics costs from origin to destination, ensuring the quality of service defined by the different commercial lines
  • Prepare the monthly delivery plans to the different Logistics Systems in which RF/Petronor operates (Exolum and other Logistics Terminals with which there is a contractual relationship),

  • Define and manage the computer systems that support supply and distribution: defining improvements (task automation and evolution of existing applications), new processes, carrying out testing and monitoring, managing incidents, maintaining master data, etc.
  • Participation in the Logistics Directorate's procurement processes in coordination with the corresponding corporate areas, and support in contract management
  • Prepare logistics optimization studies
  • Prepare the reports needed to monitor the different processes managed by the Logistics Directorate: generating reports in Power BI that improve the use of existing information in the databases of the different systems: SAP BPC, SAP UP2, SIGMA, operator accounts, etc.
  • Participate in defining the indicators and information in general that help monitor the activity carried out by the LD, as well as take responsibility for their implementation
