Senior Generative AI Consultant

• Design, build, and evolve generative agents with reasoning, memory, and planning capabilities.

• Implement multi-agent workflows using the orchestration framework developed at Repsol, applying best practices inherited from LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.

• Design and version prompts, tools, and contextual memory systems (PGVector, Mem0, Redis).

• Implement agent evaluation and monitoring processes (Golden Datasets, MLflow, performance and cost metrics).

• Deploy and maintain agents in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure).

• Document architectures, design decisions, and test results.

Experience level: +5 years

Requirements: English B2 or higher + Bachelor's degree or higher

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience in software development with Python.

• Knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs, as well as tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

• Experience integrating AI services (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or others).

• Knowledge of RAG architectures, intelligent agents, and semantic search (vector databases and enterprise RAG solutions).

• Experience developing APIs and enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with cloud environments, Docker/Kubernetes, and agile methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Vibe Coding and accelerated development using Generative AI tools.

• English level B2 or higher.

• Experience with virtual assistant, copilot, or AI agent projects.

• Knowledge of evaluation, observability, and governance of Generative AI solutions (LangSmith, MLflow, Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools).

• Experience with FastAPI, Streamlit, or similar technologies.

• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, or deployment automation.

• Knowledge of Full Stack technologies such as .NET/C#, Node.js, TypeScript, or Vue.js.

• Diseñar, construir y evolucionar agentes generativos con capacidades de razonamiento, memoria y planificación.

• Implementar flujos multi agente mediante el framework orquestación desarrollado en Repsol, y aplicando las best practices heredadas de LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI y AutoGen

• Experiencia integrando servicios de IA (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini u otros).

• Conocimientos de arquitecturas RAG, agentes inteligentes y búsqueda semántica (bases de datos vectoriales y soluciones RAG corporativas)

• Experiencia en desarrollo de APIs y aplicaciones empresariales.
