What you'll do

- Review vehicle and driver scheduling and assignment.

- Manage transport KPIs and make adjustments as needed.

- Implement and maintain Transport Management Systems (TMS) as a specialist.

- Properly manage transport service providers.

- Maintain good relationships with carriers and transport service providers.

- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety policies.

- Keep accurate records of all transport and logistics activities.

- Manage and resolve incidents related to freight transport.

What we're looking for

Requirements:
- Experience as a Traffic Operator or in similar roles (automotive sector).
- Experience in transport and logistics or trade (domestic/international) is recommended.
- In-depth knowledge of transport management processes and systems.

- Practical knowledge of Transport Management System (TMS) software tools.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Organizational and team management skills.
