What you'll do

  • Commercial Execution and Strategy: Implement the action plans and strategies defined for your territory to achieve and exceed annual targets, gaining market share and meeting business KPIs.

  • Identifying Challenges and Co-creation: Identify the needs of both laboratory professionals and the economic and managerial leadership of centers, proposing differentiated solutions that deliver real value.

  • Stakeholder Management (360°): Build and maintain close relationships with laboratory technical staff and key hospital areas (procurement, finance, and hospital management), ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle.

  • Internal Liaison and Collaboration: After agreements are signed, ensure that equipment and reagents are implemented flawlessly in laboratories, working closely with our technical support and applications teams.

  • Expertise and Technical Demonstrations: Develop a deep knowledge of the Specialty portfolio, delivering high-impact product presentations and demonstrations that resolve customer questions and highlight our unique value proposition.
