Lawyer / Legal Advisory

We are currently looking to incorporate a Lawyer for Legal Advisory in Madrid.

· Provide legal advice in all phases of public infrastructure projects, especially under concession and public-private partnership (PPP) schemes.

· Provide advice on public procurement matters during the tendering, execution, termination, and settlement phases of contracts.

· Supervise and manage judicial proceedings, mainly administrative contentious cases, as well as administrative actions.

· Analyze, supervise, and transfer the rights and obligations arising from concession contracts to subcontracts and purchase orders.

· Draft and negotiate public and private contracts related to infrastructure projects in their different phases.

· Manage the incorporation of concession companies, UTEs, and joint ventures, as well as their corporate follow-up.

· Coordinate and supervise external law firms, both nationally and internationally.

· Provide legal support to the business, facilitating communication with non-legal teams and contributing to decision-making.

· Detect and anticipate legal risks associated with operations and projects.

· Ensure the technical quality of legal work, minimizing errors and ensuring regulatory compliance.

· University degree in Law (Bachelor's or Master's).

· Master's degree in Legal Advisory or equivalent specific training.

· English level C1.

· Experience between 5 and 10 years in infrastructure companies or law firms, advising on infrastructure projects under concession or PPP models.

· Availability to travel.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a Abogado/a de Asesoría Jurídica en Madrid.

· Asesorar jurídicamente en todas las fases de proyectos de infraestructura pública, especialmente bajo esquemas de concesión y colaboración público-privada (PPP).

· Prestar asesoramiento en materia de contratación pública en fases de licitación, ejecución, extinción y liquidación de contratos.

· Supervisar y gestionar procedimientos judiciales, principalmente contencioso-administrativos, así como actuaciones en vía administrativa.

· Analizar, supervisar y trasladar los riesgos, derechos y obligaciones derivados de contratos concesionales a subcontratos y órdenes de compra.

· Redactar y negociar contratos públicos y privados vinculados a proyectos de infraestructura en sus distintas fases.

· Gestionar la constitución de sociedades concesionarias, UTEs y joint ventures, así como su seguimiento societario.

· Coordinar y supervisar despachos de abogados externos, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.

· Dar soporte jurídico al negocio, facilitando la comunicación con equipos no jurídicos y contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones.

· Detectar y anticipar riesgos legales asociados a las operaciones y proyectos.

· Garantizar la calidad técnica del trabajo jurídico, minimizando errores y asegurando el cumplimiento normativo.

· Titulación superior en Derecho (Grado/Licenciatura).

· Máster en Asesoría Jurídica o formación específica equivalente.

· Nivel de inglés C1.

· Experiencia entre 5 y 10 años en empresas del sector de infraestructuras o despachos de abogados, asesorando en proyectos de infraestructuras bajo modelos concesionales o PPP.

· Disponibilidad para viajar.
