Labour Legal Counsel - Quality

- Education: Graduate and/or Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, etc. Specific training in Labor Compliance is highly valued. Additional training in Labor Law and Labor Relations is highly valued.

- Experience: At least 5 years of previous experience in the labor legal area of a multinational company, law firm, consultancy, etc. Experience in the preparation and execution of Due Diligences in a Big Four or similar consultancy with responsibility and in the preparation of reports and briefings is highly valued.

- Knowledge: Spanish labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. Proficiency in reporting tools and report preparation. Proficiency in legal databases.

At DIGI, we are looking to hire an Advisor for the Labour Quality team, who will carry out the following duties:

- Carrying out risk mapping, monitoring them, and periodically reviewing them for updates.

- Implementing and designing preventive, periodic, and random control procedures that allow for the analysis of the correct application of labor regulations by the different departments and areas.

- Correcting and following up on any incidents detected in said controls that are observed not to comply with existing labour regulations and/or internal instructions.

- Managing and coordinating the different internal policies, procedures, and instructions of a labour nature that impact the employee's daily working relationship.

- Organization and coordination with other areas for the development of labor-natured policies that impact the daily employment relationship of the employee.

- Analysing and understanding Spanish labour regulations, applicable collective bargaining agreements, internal policies, procedures, and instructions, all within the labour scope.

- Requesting and requiring all necessary documentation and information from the different departments and areas to carry out the various analyses.

- Preparing reports for the Head of, the Department Management, and General Management on the different analyses carried out.

- Reporting on situations of a labour nature that, for strategic reasons, may have an impact on the organisation and/or the Company's production.
