We are currently looking to incorporate a Design Manager - Architecture, Structure, and Urbanization for Building Works in Madrid, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

Job functions and responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supporting Design teams. Establishing delivery schedules and priorities, communicating them to internal and external teams, and verifying compliance.

• Reviewing the Design to ensure quality and the implementation of provided internal guidelines.

• Internal coordination of the team and coordination with other design teams from other disciplines.

• Leading Design teams initially in the Project Phase and subsequently in the Construction Phase.

• Identification of discrepancies and problems, and their resolution.

• Attending meetings with the Design Manager, Project Manager, and Owner.

• Integrating detailed engineering into the Project.

• Resolution of interdisciplinary conflicts and site queries to guarantee quality and construction deadlines.

• Technical support for Procurement for the launch of contracts and review of the technical aspects of construction solutions to be implemented on site.
