Operations Manager (Cádiz) - Water Sector

We are currently looking to incorporate an Operations Manager in Guadiaro, Cádiz, who will share our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

• Planning of the worker team operations of the CIA.

• Sizing of pumping equipment to be replaced in the service infrastructures. Attention to the service infrastructures, with special attention to wastewater treatment plants.

• Personalized attention to problems that may arise in the network with breakdowns, users.

• Responsibility for the management of the workforce (shifts, vacations, overtime).

• Supervision of tasks from an operational and H&S point of view, with visible leadership in the latter.

• Continuous verbal and written reporting to the hierarchical superior at the CIA.

• Personalized attention to complicated breakdowns and, in especially serious and urgent cases, attention and presence outside working hours, including weekends.

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:

• Higher Degree or Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Chemical). Training in H&S is valued.

• 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.

• Demonstrable knowledge in industrial plumbing, electricity, masonry, calculation of clean and wastewater pumps. Knowledge of hydraulics. Demonstrable knowledge in water treatment and reuse.

• Competency profile: strong leadership, education, and good communication skills. Ability to manage large teams.

• Availability (included in the salary) for on-call service outside working hours, including weekends, in the event of major breakdowns.

• English B2.

• Driver's license.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Operaciones en Guadiaro, Cádiz, que comparta nuestro compromiso con la calidad, la responsabilidad y el servicio excelente.

• Planificación de las operaciones de la plantilla de operario del CIA.

• Dimensionamiento de equipos de bombeo a sustituir en las infraestructuras del servicio. Atención a las infraestructuras del servicio, con especial atención a las depuradoras.

• Atención personalizada de los problemas que puedan surgir en la red con averías, usuarios.

• Responsabilidad en la gestión de la plantilla (turnos, vacaciones, horas extras).

• Supervisión de las tareas desde el punto de vista operaciones y de PRL, con liderazgo visible en este último punto.

• Reporte continuo verbal y escrito al superior jerárquica en el CIA.

• Atención personalizada de las averías complicadas y, en casos especialmente graves y urgentes, atención y presencia fuera del horario, incluido fin de semana.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

• Grado Superior o Grado en Ingeniería (Industrial, Caminos, Química). Se valora formación en PRL.

• 3-5 años de experiencia en puestos similares.

• Conocimientos demostrables en fontanería industrial, electricidad, albañilería, cálculo de bombas de aguas limpias y residuales. Conocimientos en hidráulica. Conocimientos demostrables en depuración y reutilización de aguas.

• Perfil competencial: fuerte liderazgo, educación y buenas habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad para gestionar equipos de gran tamaño.

• Disponibilidad (incluida en el sueldo) para atención del servicio fuera de horario, fines de semana incluidos, en caso de averías importantes.

• Inglés B2.

• Carnet de conducir.
