What will your role be? As part of the Chemistry area, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating activities related to the reliability of all types of equipment, and especially dynamic equipment, throughout their entire life cycle, with the aim of maximizing their availability, safety and performance, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards and the company's general procedures. You will play a key role in defining predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, analyzing breakdowns and recurring incidents, continuously improving equipment, and technically coordinating projects and initiatives aimed at increasing the reliability of plant assets.

  • Coordinate and participate in analyses of breakdowns, repetitive failures and root causes, driving the implementation of corrective actions, permanent improvements and standard procedures throughout the entire life cycle.
  • Prepare and oversee reliability and maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Top-N failure rates, costs), generating key reports for decision-making.
  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of interventions on critical equipment, ensuring technical quality and the application of best practices.
  • Define and drive training plans for maintenance and operations personnel in reliability and asset management topics.
  • Manage the human resources assigned to your area, promoting a culture of safety, technical excellence and continuous improvement.

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent training.
  • Proven experience of more than 5 years in industrial maintenance and reliability of dynamic equipment, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
  • Solid knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, failure analysis, root cause analysis and reliability management (certified as level 2 in lubrication according to ISO 18436-4, certified as level 2 in predictive vibration analysis according to ISO 18436-2, etc.).
  • Previous experience in applying root cause analysis methodologies, vibration analysis, continuous improvement and industrial asset management.
  • Experience in tracking maintenance indicators and implementing improvements focused on the asset life cycle.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and areas, driving innovation, continuous improvement and the achievement of results.
  • English level B2 or equivalent.
