JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:  Plant operator (Laundry)

Responsibilities:  

• Shipping.
• Warehouse management
• Shipping of clothing
• Compliance with quality standards, environmental management and occupational risk prevention

Duties:  

• Sorting clothing by type.
• Customer changeover techniques.
• Rejection control.
• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of clothing delivery carts, checking that the units listed are correct.
• Delivery of clothing to the customer, washing, ironing and sewing of clothing if the service so requires.
• Collection of dirty clothing from the different units, to place it in the designated cages for dispatch to the plant.
• Organizes and checks that the parking order of completed carts complies with the established schedule.
• Control of delivery note drafts.
• Correction of delivery notes.
• Ensure that order and cleanliness are maintained in their section.
• Quality control of the final product.
• Weighing of clean/dirty clothing.
• Shrinkage control.
• Clothing control and needs report for management at the plant.
• Clothing control in the warehouse.
• Reception
• Incoming and outgoing clothing from the warehouse.
• Control and inventory of carts.
• Clothing inventory at the customer's site.

DESCRIPCION DE LA VACANTE

Puesto de trabajo:  Operario/a de planta (Lavandería)

Responsabilidades:  

• Expedición.
• Gestión de almacén
• Expedición de ropa
• Cumplimiento de normas de calidad, gestión medioambiental y PRL

Funciones:  

• Clasificado de ropa según tipo.
• Técnicas cambio cliente/a.
• Control de rechazo.
• Coordinar y supervisar la preparación de los carros de entrega de ropa, comprueba que las unidades reflejadas sean las correctas.
• Entrega de ropa a cliente/a, lavado, planchado y costura de la ropa si el servicio así lo requiere.
• Recogida de ropa sucia de las distintas unidades, para depositarla en las jaulas al efecto, para su envío a planta.
• Ordena y comprueba que el orden de aparcamiento de los carros finalizados se ajuste a la planificación establecida.
• Control de borradores de albarán.
• Rectificación de albaranes.
• Procurar que se mantenga el orden y la limpieza en su sección.
• Control de calidad del producto final.
• Pesaje de ropa limpio/sucio.
• Control de mermas.
• Control de ropa e informe de necesidades para su gestión en planta.
• Control de ropa en almacén.
• Recepción
• de entrada y de salida de ropa de almacén.
• Control e inventario de carros.
• Inventario de ropa en cliente/a.
