FUNERAL TECHNICIAN - ALBIA

MISSION

Full delivery of the funeral service in accordance with the quality and time indicators established by the company and the regulations in force regarding mortuary matters.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provision of the funeral service, carrying out duties such as collection, transport and preparation of the deceased, processing of licenses and legal documentation, preparation of death notices, cremation tasks and other activities in cemeteries.
• Customer service, by assisting and advising them during the processing and delivery of services and ensuring excellent emotional care.
• Management and contracting of the funeral service through digital tools.
• Offering the products and services that guarantee the center's quality standard.
• Adaptation and personalization of the funeral rite according to the different types of families.
• Maintenance of the facilities, the vehicle fleet and the rest of the work tools.
• Support to the Services Manager in the management and optimization of the warehouse.
• Efficient and effective management of the cremation furnace at those centers where one exists.
• Compliance with the standardized procedures established by the company (SOPs).
• Compliance with the requirements set by the group's action protocols (e.g., Estilo Albia, Crematoalbia, Tanatoalbia).
• Compliance with the legislation and regulations applicable to the funeral sector.
• Other tasks assigned by those in charge.
• Completing all ongoing training assigned for the position in order to comply with regulations and stay up to date.

REQUIREMENTS

Required experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Previous experience in the funeral sector or equivalent sectors (social and healthcare) is valued.

Required knowledge

• Vocational training or related qualifications. Other lower-level qualifications may be considered if the candidate has more than 1 year of experience in the role and meets the required competencies and skills.
• Additional training in commercial management, funeral agent, thanatopraxy or thanatoaesthetics.
• Valid driver's license is essential.
• Intermediate English and an additional language are valued.
• Digital skills and knowledge of SAP, email, the Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools.

MISIÓN

Realización íntegra de la prestación del servicio funerario conforme a los indicadores de calidad y tiempo establecidos por la empresa y la regulación vigente en materia mortuoria.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

• Prestación del servicio funerario, realizando labores de recogida, transporte y acondicionamiento del finado, tramitación de licencias y documentación legal, realización de esquelas, tareas de incineración y otras actividades en cementerios.
• Atención al cliente, mediante la asistencia y asesoramiento a los mismos durante la tramitación y la realización de los servicios y garantizando una atención emocional excelente.
• Gestión y contratación del servicio funerario a través de herramientas digitales.
• Ofrecer los productos y servicios que garanticen el estándar de calidad del centro.
• Adaptación y personalización del rito funerario en función de las diferentes tipologías de familias.
• Mantenimiento de las instalaciones, de la flota de vehículos y del resto de las herramientas de trabajo.
• Apoyo al Encargado/a de Servicios en la gestión y optimización del almacén.
• Gestión eficiente y eficaz del horno crematorio en aquellos centros donde exista.
• Cumpliento de los procedimientos normalizados que marca la compañía (PNTs).
• Cumplimiento de las exigencias que marca los protocolos de actuación del grupo (Ej: Estilo Albia, Crematoalbia, Tanatoalbia).
• Cumplimiento con la legislación y normativa aplicable en el sector funerario.
• Otras tareas que se le asignen por parte de los responsables.
• Realizar toda la formación continua que se le asigne para su posición con la finalidad de cumplir la normativa y mantenerse actualizado.

REQUISITOS

Experiencia requerida

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia desarrollando labores de atención al público.
• Valorable experiencia previa en el sector funerario o en sectores equivalentes (sociosanitario).

Conocimientos Requeridos

• Formación profesional o formaciones afines. Otras titulaciones de inferior nivel podrían ser consideradas si cuenta con más de 1 año de experiencia en la función y cumple con las competencias y habilidades requeridas.
• Formación complementaria en gestión comercial, agente funerario, tanatopraxia o tanatoestética.
• Imprescindible carnet de conducir vigente
• Valorable inglés intermedio y otro idioma adicional.
• Habilidades digitales y conocimiento de SAP, correo electrónico, paquete Microsoft office y herramientas colaborativas
